Streamline your order fulfillment with our most efficient Pick-to-Zero (PTZ) model. This is a data-driven process where each SKU (product) is ordered and picked in the exact amount of quantity needed for tomorrow's deliveries and then sorted by each shop order until inventory reaches “zero” – leaving no stock left in the warehouse. Different SKUs and orders are grouped and delivered in consolidated transportation routes.
Pick-to-Zero means that SKUs from one or multiple suppliers are distributed from our fulfillment centers with zero leftovers to different, separate delivery points.
